If you cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving your order and return it to us, the purchase price of the product in question will be refunded to you within 5 working days.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
Please note that for credit card payments, a chargeback often does not appear on your credit card statement until the end of the month/period.
